Chase made a mistake about 6 months ago and said they didn't charge me enough, i always send $20.00 more than is due. They sent me a bill 4 months later that was 4 times my reg. Payment-223.00 so i closed my acct. Chase has now added$980.00 in late charges so i refuse to pay these criminals.
