Fradulent activities by sallie mae

I have 3 private loans with sallie mae and t=when i called up to put it into forebarance they said ok took my credit card # for a $150 fee to put it inot forebarance and then never processed it. I recieved a letter saying I was deliquent on my payments and they have no record of me even putting it into forebarence. They later agreed on the phone when the called me to waive the good faith payment and to just take the $150 forebarnce payment like it should of been and no late charges would be applied. Since they had no record of it before I asked for an e-mail so i had a recoed of it in wirting. They again said no problem. Never recieved the e-mail and when I called back up had no record of the phone conversation and would not honor what was agreed on.

Sallie mae is not truthfull and is a fradulent Company

Apparently they have a past of doing this in 5 and 11 and I am sure there are more I have not looked into it that much

If anyone know's who I can contact at the company to get this resolved on what was agreed upon I would greatly appreciate it
