Forbearance Fee Taken but Never Processed and Agreement Not Honored

I have 3 private loans with Sallie Mae and t=when I called up to put it into forbearance they said ok took my credit card # for a $150 fee to put it into forbearance and then never processed it. I received a letter saying I was delinquent on my payments and they have no record of me even putting it into forbearance. They later agreed on the phone when the called me to waive the good faith payment and to just take the $150 forbearance payment like it should of been and no late charges would be applied. Since they had no record of it before I asked for an e-mail so I had a record of it in writing. They again said no problem. Never received the e-mail and when I called back up had no record of the phone conversation and would not honor what was agreed on.
Sallie Mae is not truthful and is a fraudulent company
Apparently they have a past of doing this in 5 and 11 and I am sure there are more I have not looked into it that much
If anyone know's who I can contact at the company to get this resolved on what was agreed upon I would greatly appreciate it
