Can't get their crap together!

Ever since my 2nd mortgage has been sold to Resurgent Capital Services I have had nothing but headaches in making payments! Every single month I send the payment early, they cash my check, then as the due date arrives, every single day for 5 days they call me asking for my payment stating that it is late for the month. I then have to tell them that they did in fact receive my payment on such-and-such date, they cashed my check and then have to fax them proof (the front and back of the check that has been cashed) to prove that I sent them payment. They even got the amount of the payment wrong one month ($20 short) and have been harrasing me for that! I have sent them proof that they are wrong, spoken with 3 managers, and they still can't get it right! I have told them that they need to get their computer systems updated, the different departments talk to one another to see that I make payments on time, and generally pluck their head out of their butt to see that I am on the up and up with the payments. I should not have to prove that I make payments each month when I send the payments on time, they cash them and take the money from me! I wonder if there is a way to get my loan sold to another company that could handle my business better!!?

I am just waiting for them to call me again this month saying I haven't sent the payment in by the 26th (they already cashed my check on the 16th)... How frustrating!!
