Checked credit 5 times in last 2 years to reopenb old bad debts

In the last two years, NCO has inquired into my credit report five times to keep active old bad debts that should have been taken off my credit report by now. I hope that if anyone runs into these people on their credit report, dispute the charges and make NCO verify the info to the credit bureaus before going through all the madness of trying to contact them yourself. I read all the other statements about people who tried to contact these con artists themselves, and I refuse to put myself through that until TransUnion says I have to.
They are coming after me for over $2000 of old medical bills that should have already fallen off my credit.
