Trying to collect a balance not owed

Received a call this morning from Enhanced Recovery Corporation regardin a Dish Network balance from 2006 (I did not have Dish Network in 2006) for $200. The lady stated that I owed the money for equipment charges. She stated that it shows on their system that the equipment was returned but it is "obsolete" so I have to pay for it. I sent the equipment back upon the request of Dish, an account set up in 2003!

I asked her for a physical address to send a Request for Validation by certified mail and I got this:

Her "Are you going to pay thios today"
me: "Absolutely not"
her: "Then you may not have the address"
me: "you can give me the address or you can give me a supervisor who will give me the address"
her: "We are not required to give you the address"
me: "You are trying to collect a debt for equipment that by your own admission has been returned, you need to give me the address for a certified letter"
her: "You agreed that you once lived at that address, that's validation enough for you to pay the debt"
me: "I am going to ask you again, can I please have the address?"
her: "no"
me: "GIVE ME THE ADDRESS OR A SUPERVISOR WHO WILL"
her: "this is on your credit"
me: "If you have knowingly placed a derbt on my credit that is not owed I will sue you"
her: "you can't do that"
me: "GIVE ME YOUR F*ING SUPERVISOR IMMEDIATELY"

I eventually got the supervisor who gave me the address.

These people are sharks! They KNOW and ADMIT that the equipment was returned as agreed and still want me to pay it! I have already filed a complaint against Dish Network with the Public Utilities Commission. My next stop with ERC is the State Attorney General and the BBB.
