A Sham - Wouldn't Let Return Package after 30 days unopened! Charged Bank Account $69.99. Not A company that accepts return after 30 days - what a ripoff!

Received item and wanted to send it back (currently trying to send item back successfully). Called to confirm why $69.99 had already been taken from checking account. Representative said you can not for any reason return item after 30 days. Told them I wanted to speak to a supervisor who insisted this is policy. This person said that the company does not accept an unopened item return after 30 days for any reason. What a sham!!! Do not fall for this - you will end up changing banks just to keep them from taking your money!!!
