Misplaced my refund money when i refinanced my home

In the process of trying to get a correct payoff notice for my home, Homecomings furnished 3 notices that were incorrect and failed to correct them. The last time I called on 12/14 all the unapplied funds were moved to a different line item by a service representative. However Homecomings has still been unable to explain to me where this monies was applied to my final payoff of my account or if it had been applied to the account. Upon receiving my refund check today, the company still did not apply the funds properly. I am now out of pocket about $5000.

At this time they state that the money is applied but that I just cannot see it by the statements that I have. I have asked then send me the statements you are reviewing so that I can have the same information.
