JULY-20 Homecomings is A nightmare, Since Dec. 2006
I only wanted to talk to A loan officers, No Such luck, My
Mortg. Is $625.00 Monthly for the last six month I was paying $750.00-$900.00 Monthly but Im still Three months behind said Homecomings financial, My Money do not get applied until after the 20th of each month this is so wrong,
All kinds of Fees on Statements which I have called on many time, NO such Luck. Just last week I call and ask about my over payments what happen to
the extra money because you guys only applied $630.00 < then you get A new statement showing $60.00 each month for NSF Check which I western Union my money every month, $100.00 for Late fee when the fee is only 25.00
plus the account is being paid on the 9th each month so its not late.

This been going on for A year now, My account was sold to them last year Feb. 2006 Nothing but HELL EVERY SINCE, GMAC NEED TO CLOSED THIS COMPANY.
I even wrote the vp of gmac no response..

Help they cant keep doing this to peoples. My money can be used for gas.
