Took money out of my checking account without my knowing it. Have no idea who these people are wyoming

Checked my bank account online yesterday and found a charge for 49.95. Charge came from platinum services. Some kind of charge card. I called the 800 number five million times and never got a real person to talk too. Called my bank and they will investigate.
Someone somehow must have gotten my checking account information from the internet. I do make alot of internet purchases.
