Trying to charge my checking account $49.00 fee for services I don't want

I recieved an e-mail stating that a $49.00 charge was going to be billed to my checking account. I checked no for the service when I was going through an application for a short term loan. When I saw they wanted to charge this fee I did not click on submit to complete.
I think it still forwarded some of the information.
I do not want this charge on my account.

There is no way to contact them even though the e-mail I received gave a link to contact them. The link came up as an error.
