Thieving bastards!

I went for their "free trial" and they only wanted my check number "incase i decided to go for the plan".. Then i said no and they said to return all the stuff. Which i did, then the next day they took out more money UNAUTHORISED! This was 4 months ago now (today is sept 25th, 02) and i still am being lied to daily in my phone calls with them!

As i sit here and write this i am again on hold with them and am sure they will only lie to me again.
2 weeks ago they said that they would do a wire transfer of the funds back into my acct... To which they havent done and im getting soooo sick and tired of them!!! Lawsuit! SOMEONE PLEASE START A CLASS ACTION SUIT!
