Scammed me for 4000 dollars

I had been contaced by this company and was told i had been approved for a loan of 30,000 dollars and all i needed was a collateral payment of 2,220.00 dollars and then a second collateral payment of 1,850.00 dollars totalling 4000. I went ahead and sent them the money A week went by and i never received the money, so i finally got really angry about it and called them. The guy told me i could get a refund of my money, but it would take a week because the money was coming from Canada, which is where i sent the money to. Today which is the 28th of December is the day i was suppose to get it back and i haven't received it. This same company sent me a offer on a credit card also.
