Hold times are horrendous!

I've named their 866-398-7569 (several they directed me to contact, 5 or 6 occasions simply to be on-hold for a lot more than AN HOUR OR SO! Onetime I waited one hour and 45 units to get a Customer Support Repetition to reply! I shipped in paperwork on 12/1/07 and now faxed in paperwork on the 18th regarding my mortgage and I still have not received a response from them regarding my mortgage. After I do cope with after-hours of waiting they declare somebody may contact me. No body has called me. A week ago they set me on the checklist in order for them to contact me in 72 hours... Never occurred.

I Have settled my mortgage promptly for just two decades plus they cannot actually get the telephone!
