I tried to build my credit along with my uncle but in return we were ripped off

At first I was just going to call Dell and purchase a computer. My uncle insisted we try F.A.I. I gave them a call and from there everything was ok until I we signed up fro revolving credit with the company. My uncle had a change of heart and wanted to cancel the account. When speaking to a representative ; she stated we can cancel but the 729.34 would not be refunded because we apply for revolving credit. I explained we have made the number of payments required to receive the computer yet we have do not have the computer At this point the rep said well we show there was a default on a payment you now need six more consectative payments before the system could be sent to the warehouse to be built. After so much money being tied up I refuse to pay any more of my money to fai. The on down fall to this is they have my 729.34 and I have no way of getting my money refunded
