When you receive your card only havre few dollars has been applied and the rest has been applied to some other fees.in order to use your card you must build up your balance and they are still taxing and taking out fees. I thought this was insane but I went a long with it any way since I struggled so hard to get the money so that I would be able to use the card.

However, I was very dissapointed. The late fee would sometime eat up my paymet for the month even if it was just one day. It was very hard to send in a payment 10-14 day befor the due date and sometime it still was not applied in time and you were still charged with the late fee. When I would call in to compain most of the time the repersentative would not be frendly at all.

Then I was upgraded to a gold card, I thought but the same rules applied and now I had two individual cards. I thought they were combined at first until I called the card was for $600 with 200 or more already charged to it, but I needed money and the time and went for it even though I knew they were riping me off and I would always be playing catch up but never really catching up.

I was able to get rid of one of the cards. I still have one but they never write and tell me nothing about how thay have helped my credit rating which is why I wanted the card in the first place. Please tell me if there is any thing I can do without it costing me a fortune to do it.
