Ripoff Scammed while trying to improve credit

We needed a credit card to try and rebuild our credit rating and this plan through First National Bank of Marin seemed to be the way to go. As it is we are in debt and are having a hard time day to day, aside from playing catch up on everything else.

Our very first grandaughter arrived 2 days ago, and I've been saving this credit card for just that reason, but it appears that I cannot use it! They live about 700 miles away! I can't send flowers or rent a car to go visit my daughter and her new daughter.

I do not have the resources to fight these people or get anything back we've lost over the last 8 years, seems even legitimate companies will screw you anyway they can. We've lost so much because of the avoidence tactics used by lending institutions when you report things like unkown charges or if they're records are wrong or if you want to close an account, they just keep charging and taking, and there doesn't seem to be a thing I could do about it unless this helps us somehow.
