Owner and managers unprofessional

While visiting this company, I was treated nice at first. But once you continue your business venture with them, they become arrogant, unprofessional, and down right disrespectful. First the loan officer tries to push programs which we aren't comfortable with. When taking this to his manager, he tries to push the program further into us. Then thats when his unprofessional attitude comes to play. So when I wanted to talk to his manager, I was directed to the owner.

The owner at the beginning is calm and very understanding. Then after we came to an agreement with my refinance, I get another call from the manager pushing another program that I am not comfortable with. Thats when I demanded to talk to the owner again.

After talking to him over the phone, he is now pushing the same program telling us we don't qualify into the fixed product we came to an understanding with. Point blank. These people in this company are pushy and after a quick buck. Becareful with them. I know there are more victims out there since from what I have learned now. This issue wasn't the first one. They should be called loan sharks rather than loan officers and managers.
