Denie Claim form Puerto Rico and they are not register in PR

I dont know what else to do, my story is to long and complicated to write in here and this page will not be enogh. But is short explenation, Since 2005 I was a sears member with accountcare include, my insurace protect me from everything loss job, sickness, involuntary unemployment etc. On February I lost my job from 4 years working for the same company. I open the call sears notify them that I lost my job because the company closed, and they dictate me the number from account care.

I call account care and open my claim, never thinking that I will have any problem with them because my other credit cards have also protection plan and all of the other credit cards the protction plan cover everything, I submit the same documentation to all of them including Accountcare.

I call in february, but they send a letter that I have to wait, when I call they said not 30 days 90 days after I lost my job. So I contact them on may again with all the documentation same as other. But never hear from them so I decide to call, they alwayd said they will paid, they need evidence of registration from a search employment agengy, etc. I submit everything, then I received a letter case close, when I contact them I ask why and they said the letter from the Employment agency is from amy and they need one, from 30 days or less this was on august I contact the agency they write another letter to account care as evidence that Im suscribe searching for a job...

But my surprice on October I received a call from a collection agency, MSR or MRS really dont know saying that I have to paid more that I own to sears, I said NO because my sears account have protection plan and they said it was denied, and I said how they no if I dont have any letter confirming that my case was denied or close. So decide to contact Account care and they said yes case is close, you are not allow to open a claim againd the decision are final, That I do not qualify, becuase I refuse to work, and I ask to sonia accountcare, how she invented such thing,

I never refuse to work, the she said, is becuase the unemployment agency, dont paid me, that I have to received unemployment benefit, to quealify, and if the company did not paid to unemployment agency, and my benefits was denied for that reason, it was my problem and I have to obligate the company to paid the unemployment company then I will quealify maybe. They also mention our state rules are no the same as USA, also if my employment start paying in check and then in cask I do not qualify etc.

There is a lot of excuses with this company, and also I did not have any information from the collection agency because they start threath me with my personal information, that I have to watch my back, the collection agency mandatory request my family and mom personal information to paid this debt. They also said they have 5 cases with the same problem accountcare denied there claim..

So if some lawyer is interest in this case I will be happy to talk. Accountcare offer payment protection plan, they get paid, and they dont respond but worse this company is not register in Puerto Rico on the insurance registration policy, and I already submit to Oficina del comicionado de Seguros to open a claim the case is under investigation, but the investigator contact me because they have 5 cases with the same problem with the same company Accountcare.

They think is a fraudulent Insurance service, they are triyng to see how or IF they can make a legal action againts them.in the meen time they ask me to open dispute with consumer report, everything in USA area in case Puerto Rico does not have any legal authoritys with accountcare.
