LPC, Low Pay Car, Takes your money and delivers NOTHING

This compny promises you the ability to restablish your credit by allowing you to finance certain items with them that they carry in their catalogue. You pay a down payment and finance the balance. You are required to make two payment that total $199.00. You are then suppose to get their Welcome packet that gives you access to their catalogue and the ability to purchase on credit. The problem is the only get a 30 money back guarantee and they never send you the packet. So by the time you realize that you are being ripped off according to them it is too late. BUT IT IS NOT.

THis company and it's directors are theives and it has apparently been a problem before. They also say if you cancel you are entitled to only a portion of what you paid. If you did not receive anything that they promised then you should be entited to a full refund of all monies paid them.
