Lending wont take back payments and are trying to foreclose on our home

I was hurt on the job and got behind on loan payments. When i contacted cti about paying back payments they refused to take payments. I explained the reason for payments being behind. They said they would send a packet to me to catch up on payments which i never recieved. I contacted cti again and they told me what to fax to them which i did. Tried to contact loan officer for 3 weeks leaving messagess on voicemail to call me. They never would return phone calls. Next thing i know im getting served with a lawsuit paper from ameriquest for balance owed on house.
