This should be illegal!

Wachovia charged my daughter $210. For 1 bounced check! I looked over her on-line transactions and she had the money in her account, but they held them until she wrote 1 check that would overdraw her account, and when that check was taken out they posted about 4 others that came in before that one and made them all bounce! I am so angry at them.

I called and talked to a customer service and they made no sense at all blaming it on her. I went back and retraced all of the steps and this should be illegal! She has never bounced a check before.

I am closing this account!
