Wachovia
Put funds into an account for a fraud check leading us to believe that it was cleared

We were scamed on the internet and we thought a check we recieved was good when we called the bank they said the funds were available. We thought the check cleared and withdrew the money. The bank sent us the check back and told us it was a fraud after the money was gone. They not only took the Social Security Check from us but also charging us for the money and alsomaking other checks that would have been good that we wrote out for bills bounce.

So we not only owe wachovia $4000 but we owe our creditors and we also now owe for bounced checks and fees etc. Wachovia is blaming us when we thought the check was good.

I am reporting this for my father-in-Law who is a Disabled Veteran of the U.S. And a 70 year old Senior Citizen. He is living on a fixed income and is being taken advantage of.
