Cant get in touch with anyone for refund

I paid this company and they couldnt help me now when i try to get in touch it has another company answering the phones and the man that answers said that he had permission to use the phones for his business and that homesavers was out of business and he would pass my information along to former owner. Well i havent heard anything from anyone and i need my money back. I lost my home and i was promised my money back so now i guess im screwed
