Joke, that is not funny ripoff

I was out of work for 5 months and got behind on my mortgage, when to the local dss department there was a paper with homesavers usa on it. I called them and tell said whatever i do do. Don't take any offers the mortgage company maked to me.

Well, 2 days after i send a cashier check to homesaver. Jered from bank of america calls me with a offer, i ask him had he spoke to homesavers usa. He said no, i told him i wasn't allowed to take that offer because homesaver usa said they could always do better.

Then about 3 days latter jennifer with homesaver usa called an ask me why i hadn't taken the offer and i told her that i was told not to. She said that is good as it gets. She had done nothing. I told her i wanted my money back. She said no. No refunds. Then she as me if i wanted her to work on my 2nd mortgage. I said well, i gave you $470.00 i would like you to do something.

On 12/15/06 i called ditech and ask had they been in touch with homesavers usa. They knew nothing about them. On 12/20/06 i received a letter says as soon as my account is assign to someone @ ditech that they will let me know. Well, on 12/15/06 loretta @ ditech was assign to it. Homesavers usa is nothing but lies and they take advantage of people down on their luck.

This company will do nothing for you. So, if you want to waste $470.00 just send it to me because i could get more done than this company! Homesavers usa will leave you feeling cheat and used! On 12/21/06 and 12/22/06 i called and left message for them not to do anything on my behalf anymore. Which was a joke because they hadn't done anything on my behalf anyway! Unless, you want to get screwed and possibe lose your house stay away from this company
