Guarenteed a 10000 loan with a 1200 dollar deposit for insurance Kingston internet

I recieved a call from a Mr Wheeler from Lowe's finacial saying I was approved for a secured loan. I needed to purchase a 1200 dollar insurance policy. I wired the funds via western union from my bank to a Charmaine Campbell, Kingston Jaimaica after signing a 5 page contract with my bank information.

I was contacted by Mr Wheeler later that day saying the funds were recieved, and I was being transfered to customer service for the disbursment of funds via direct deposit within 24 hours. My customer rep was a Mr Charles Tibbs and 3 days later he called and said due to my poor credit history theirregular insurance carrier would not cover me. He said I could get a refund but not to worry he find another insurer this went on for weeks always saying the insurer's were requesting more money.

I became frustrated when he asked for an additional 1000 dollars and asked for a refund. Two days ago not convinced yet it was a scam I requested a 5000 loan for money already recieved. Today he called and said the money would be in my account within 45 minutes if I sent an additional 500 dollars.

I tried the web site numerous times and never recieved a response, I asked to speak to a manager, and it never happened. Its one big scam, and one I could little afford. My Christmas got cancelled.
