They scammed me out of $800.00. Pontiac, MI, 48342

I was looking for a personal loan of $5,000.00. I filled our some applications online. I recieved a call for a "Mr. Adam Winston." Saying that i had been approved for a loan. Because of my credit score they asked that i secure the loan with first 5 mos of payments. Which he said would be $800.00 and broke it down mathematically for me ($160x5=$800). It seemed reasonable becasue i do have poor credit. He said i had to wire the money Western union and that my funds would be in my account by 9a. M the next day. So i went foward and wired the money to a Mr. Fletcher Henderson of Canada. The next morning no funds had been deposited. So i called Mr. Winston and I was told that, my lender was requesting an aditional $800.00 to secure insurance on the loan. It took every dime i had to get the first $800, there no way i could come up with more. So i opted out of the the loan and requested a refund. I recieved a letter stating i would get my refund in 30 business days. April 18th was the 3oth business day. Today is july 15 and no refund. There web site is suspended, and there phone number no longer works.
