Cross Country Bank EMPLOYEE SPEAKS OUT cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Glen Mills

I just started working there, i thought this was any other business but it isnt, i feel they rip off every customer.

They tell you you have to be stern, and forceful with teh cardholders.

I am not like that, i want to tell the cardholder's history like it is.

I don't want to yell at a cardholder, or force them into paying their bills.

The company tells me i have to.

I don't feel they should treat their customers like that, no other crediter does that.

All they want is their money, and more, with all the interest they charge, and all the overlimit, and late fees, $35 each.

And i think some reps really do the unauthorized pay by phones.

They want that money so much for their incentive, i think some reps do that, i would never take money from any individual.

I hate the fact that when we call the elderly, we have to ask them for money, or someone that has a hardship or a death in the family, or in cccs.

I dont want to take money from people that have nothing to give.

Even if people have pay by phones already up, they still want to acquire money from them, its terrible.

I hate working here, but its the only job right now that is paying my bills.

But i will say this, i am a good collector not like the rest of them, i do tell cardholders the truth about their credit, and i suggest all cardholder with this company get out as fast as possible.

Payoff the card, and cut it up and give it back to them. So many people have gone bankrupt from this company, get out while you can.
