Www.no phone, no address, no response to emails but they debit your credit card with no product sent., Magi St?

I ordered a grant writng cd which says all is free but you must pay for the shipping. Well my credit card was debited, i never received the product, and when they debited my account they took $29.95 instead of the $4.86 they were supposed to take out. I have constantly emailed them which turns out to be the only way to contact them. They have no physical address nothing! I feel like i've been dooped! Not only that you think you are only buying a cd which is all you want but they automatically wait for 14 days so they can charge you a membership fee.

I have been trying to contact them prior to the 14 days and received no response. I waited for the 7-10 days for delivery of cd and when it did not come i tried to contact them but have been unsuccessful to this day. When they billed my credit card the contact info the card company has is SPC-grantwriting on Magi st in st george, utah. When i researched this nothing is coming up. Go figure. I lost my money on this imagine how many others there are at the rate of $29.95.
