AND (GREG) misleading new employees ans customers

I was looking for a job with medical benefits and a salay so as per there ad in the paper I answered it. I progressed but10days did not close a loan. On that 10th day the manager told me he was getting nervious and said Iam taking you off the draw. My stomach turned and I said I thought this was a salary the manager (Rob) replied you have to earn a salary here. Having a baby and a wife that was sick and didnt work my bck was against the wall and after one month I closed my first loan. They wouldnt pay me on it because they said i owed theme draw and as per medical (benefits) it would cost me $1200 a month. The loan I closed has total commisions of $12000 which I would only get $1300 out of that if I owed no draw Also at the interview was told a 35% payout. I have worked for a mortgage broker and a banker and by far this company was over charging my borrower. How do these people sleep at night?
