Unauthorized cargo and costs!

I requested an example of Phentrazine 37.5 (weight reduction method) on 12/19/06 and was billed $4.95 from my bank account (bank card). I received this test however on 1/8/07 I was charged $149.95 from my bank account. I not just didn't obtain something for that cost of $149.95, used to do not approve this delivery. I've named the amount which was outlined in my own banking account (866-611-6888) many times about that and got a contact reaction that there's no reimbursement.
