Class action lawsuit

I want to reach out to everybody that has been rip-off by the thieves with license to form a group and file a class action lawsuit against them. I been in a battle with them for the past eight years, they misplaced one of my house payment and is my fault. I almost lost my kids house I had to repay the amount that I knew was paid. We made a "special" contract so I can pay them all the late fees, according to the contract that we both sing I had to make double my house payment for 18 month and by the end of that time I will be on time. Guess what I still own them $1,000. When I called them they claim that they never told me that I was going eliminate those fees. Now they say that there were more fees not include in that contract. I have all the proof every cancel check I even faxed those to them, sent them copies via ups. No body as contacted me or fix that mistake I am not going to pay them for the third time. I need a lot of people with similar problem to get together and file a lawsuit and stop this people. To make this even worse I am trying to by my own business and I cant get any line of credit because I own them money when I dont, just my mortgage loan nothing else.
I know is not to clear my problem here but I have all the paper work and i can explain in detail I dont do it here because it will take pages.
