On november 16th this aec fbo platinum membership company without my consent took out a membership fee. When i called the bank they gave me phone number to reavh the company 1-888-433-4096 i called the number and it said to call on normal business hours which they did not give and gave me a website to go to www.consumereill.com. This website took me to several other websites trying to get me to use this company never once did it explain what the company did. I called my bank were they told me to chsnge my account info and file charges. I am a single mother of 2 small children and work 60plus hours a week i think its a shame you cant even have your money safe in the bank and to do this right before christmas is pretty low!
