Harrassment calls from collection agency for Capitol One Sedona

I had two Capitol One credit cards. Each had a $300 limit and I used that limit. 2005 I paid $250 on each account. 2006 I was being Harassed by a collection agency by 3 individuals 3 times a week. I was at a point of suicide even though I didn't feel I owed anything but they convinced me I had no alternative but to pay as that is what they said. I paid $500 on one account (that is $750 on one account that I owed $300 on).

On the other account, I told someone in CA called and I offered to pay $25.00 a month but that was not acceptable (4 months ago) and I stopped picking up the phone now I have a Law Office in Phoenix calling again saying they are going to court to hold funds for them from my checking account of $166.00 for 10 months and $25 a month was also this not acceptable.

I have had very little to live on. This time is very challenging and finally in late 2007 I feel I am able to begin to pay something but owing maybe $50 would have been all I owed and with payments all along took that down to -0- I am very sure.
