They stole my money and laughed at me to my face!

I've been getting several overdraft fees from BB&T that were never my fault. The other day I went to check my bank balance and it was -0.84 so I went to the bank about it. The guy that helped me said that I had been charged an overdraft fee because I made two charges on my debit card that did show on the screen he showed me.

He could clearly see that the two charges only added up to $10 dollars and I had told him I had $57 dollars in my checking account. He laughed at me and said no you only had $7.00 in you checking account which I knew was not true because I needed atleast $37 in my checking account to pay for a gym payment. He called up everyone I had made purchases with trying to blaim them for it, invading my privacy and asking me all these stupid questions like am I sure i'm not crazy?

I even had a paper saying I had that money in my checking account and he told me not to even do the calculate thing to make sure I had the right amounts etc. Because it would all be WRONG? How crazy! This makes me not want to spend any of it because I could have enough money and the next day be overdraft! Worst of all he told me I would be hit with another overdraft fee.

Now this was my question to him, if I only had $7.00 in the bank that day and the overdraft fees are $35.00 wouldn't that put me at $-28.00 instead of $-0.84? Not to mention BB&T had takin more money out than that because it was $57.00 to began with! He got quite and called for someone else to help me who also laughed with him because he was making a joke out of it like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about.

I'm still -30.84 and plus that other overdraft fee about to come which will then be $-65.84, but i'm not suppose to trust my calculations so it could be much more... I'm going there today to raise H*ll because I'm not going to be treated like i'm stupid then i'm closing my account down and moving to Suntrust.By the way I had an overdraft fee that didn't even show in my account at all, but they made me pay it anyway...
