NMB Commited Fraud and Theft on my checking account also

They attempted to steal close to 300.00 from my checking account. These were all unauthorized charges which I reported as Fraud to my bank.
I was able to stop payment on 2 charges totalling 200.00. There was a 99.95 charge that had to be credited to me while my bank does a fraud investigation. I never applied for this Credit Card and they got my information somehow. I opened a new checking account and removed all my other online info that was stored. This has created a huge hassle for me but I guess it could have been worse. Im going to the Better Business bureau and the Attorney Generals Office. I cant see how they can remain in business and keep doing this someone needs to shut them down and fast.
