Wachovia steals Christmas from grandmother of 13 children receiving SSI 24 days before Christmas

I have been banking with Wachovia for about 18 months and they have taken money for me every since. I have a direct deposit from SSI of $623.00 monthly my sole income. I called and talked to them about all the overdrafts I had been receiving and they stated that they would set my account up with a zero balance so if I did not have money in my account to cover a purchase the debit would not go through. They did this for about five month if there was no money in the account I would get insufficent fund if I tried to charge any thing to my account. They tried to get be to pay for overdraft protection and I told them I could not afford to. The next month they started doing the same thing over sending me overdrafts again I told them not to pay if no money is in the account but they let them debit it anyway when I didn't authorize or have money to cover the charges. I had $14.00 in my account enough to cover the charges at a store where I shop. There was enough money in my account to cover the items that I purchased but they said they were placed on hold and they received another debit for $2.72 and this caused the other items which were $5.33, $3.51, $3.19, $2.14 to result in an overdraft fee of $35.00 per item which totals $176.97. This a lot of money to pay for items that totaled $16.89. They keep taking my money and I have asked them to stop. It is almost time for Christmas and I have to pay the bank 176.97, my rent, utilities and eat I will not be able to buy my grand-children anything for Christmas nor pay all of my utilities. I'll have a sad Christmas this year.
