Incompetent! Does Not Send Out Statements!

First of all the company couldn't seem to get the payment booklet out to
me even though they verified my address was indeed correct several times.

To this day my first payment mysteriously never went through. They have worked with me as in not charging any late charges, due to the fact that it's
not my fault.

They were going to come and Repo the Kirby due to the fact that I 'owed'
them $122. I called numerous times and communicated with them
about the previous payment and now this.
Someone else tells me "You are up to date" I am like huh!?
I thought they were going to come repo, I am confused!

They Just Don't Have Their Act Together!?
So I am trying to get out of this nightmare and the Finance
Co. Is basically " You are Stuck with it!"

It is true they do not send out Statements of Balance.
I would not recommend anyone to get a Kirby. Due to
this Finance company which I am told " Is the best one of their
five" _ because of my good credit.
If they are the best, I sure would hate to see others.
