United Consumer Financial Services - UCFS - Pacific Frontier Finance charge and APR on a Kirby contract was modified after signing! Ripoff Westlake Ohio

I purchased a Kirby in 2004 and set up the EFT payment system for $50/month. It was working well for me until I asked for a payoff amount. They don't send statements and are not listed on the contract.

(Pacific Frontier Inc. Are the people who actually sell Kirby in the area. They answer the phone, "Hello?"). Basically all of these companies were really hard to find a get a hold of. I should mention that I had lost my original contract.

I called to get a copy of my contract because the payoff was a lot more than I had expected. I had to call and ask for my Interest rate. It was at 22.27%! I signed the contract for 8% and with good credit!

I repeatedly called Pacific Frontier, Inc. To get a copy and they ignored it until I sent a certified letter. I received the copy in the mail. The original contract was faxed to UFCS from Pacific Frontier, Inc.

It is evident that the original contract was modified. I am going to try to see the original today. I just don't know where to go from here.
