This company YourDirectSource lead company sells Voice Command automatic response live transfer leads. The prospect has an option to push 1 for contact and 2 for no contact. We purchased 300 @ $1200.00 and received 53 Business to Business tranfers which were worthless and 133 transfers with absolutely no one there. The owner of the company assured me that we were an anomaly and could not understand what the problem was. We were told that there was no problem at their end and that the fact that no one was at the other end when these calls were transfered was impossible. I did some dudiligence on the behalf of the 678 loan officers that work with in my company and found that YourDirectSource has been recieving these same complaints for quite awhile and are well aware of the POOR quality at best of their service. My advise is to AVOID this company, although they were easily reached, their approach to my complaints were very evasive and condensending. My return on investment was 0%, not 1 loan was produced from their service, however, We have used another service which is very similar and they DO NOT charge for the first 20 seconds of the transfer and we have received 72 transfers out of 200 in the last 2 work weeks and have 5 loans in the pipeline thus far. Make sure that when you use this type of service that is the KEY factor in making it worth the investment. YourDirectSource would not offer the 20 second benefit, now I know why!!!
