Another mortgage lead ripoff, Brokers Beware!

Well here we go again.

Another Mortgage Lead company blantantly ripping off Mortgage Brokers. The latest scam is being conducted by Best Mortgage rates / a www.promero.com company. After spending $6000 to purchase live incoming lead calls from BMR (best mortgage rates) and spending 2 hours on the phone with the manager Tedd Alejandro, as usual, the lead company is not producing what they promised.

They claim to have most of the incoming lead calls from TV ads but they do not run them. They simply cold call off of secondary lead list and transfer over 100% 50k mobile homes which are not in the criteria anyway. This is why most of their sales staff has quit.

I was warned to not do business with them but after being assured by Teddy Alejandro that they had a great product and we would be closing 8 deals a month on 44 live transfers, I had my LO's go ahead and make the purchase up front cash.

Well that was mistake #1) to make a long story short. BMR is not returning my calls, they are trying to turn into their own mortgage co now since their leads are no good, they are fighting off a ton of lawsuits from pissed off brokers and my LO's after 1.5 months have no deals from half the leads that have come in. There are no deals there to begin with.

Nevertheless, another blatant mortgage lead ripoff company. Someone has to put a stop to these people constantly ripping off brokers! I will be part of the massive lawsuit against Promero! Whos next? Whos with me? As most mortgage lead ripoff companies, they wil reply with some BS excuse of say that we are full of it but we all know better. If you see BMR or Promero, RUN!
