Scam in Promotion Practices

We've usually compensated our expenses promptly.in January, I delivered over $4000.00 cost to Juniper and partially because of my waiting too much time, it published delayed.in July, we obtained a promotional balance exchange present - 3.99 for that existence of the total amount. We moved over nearly $8,000 amounts. Recently, obtained a the rate of interest was altering to primary 13.99 (presently 22.24%). After I named to ask whether that will contain my 3.99 balance shift promotion, they said yes. They mentioned your consideration could be examined for that prior 12 weeks anytime of course if there's any late-payment, your rate of interest may increase aside from campaigns, etc. I mentioned that there is only one overdue payment previously 12 weeks and at virtually no time was my payment late since my September balance transfer. They'd not move!!! This really is completely unjust when I complied using the conditions of my balance tranfer and like I stated, the late-payment was in January. It appears as though they intentionally provided this reduced promotion comprehending that it'd not last.
