I set up a payment to come out of my bank account a early payment a day i know my direct deposit goes in my account i was told there were no funds in my account and they put a hold on my account before i even used the card

This company put a freeze on my card before i can use it because I set up a early payment and they claim the account was no good I have had the same bank account for six years. Now they are saying I have to pay the card in full to get the freeze off It is just a big scam
