They recieved my bank account information and took out two seperate payments of $100.00

This company called me in early September and asked for my social security number, my email, my address, and my bank account number. They then took out two seperate payments of $100.00. They haven't called again. They won't answer the phone. They also have not sent me anything in the mail.
