I received a loan with cash call over a year ago. Never late or missed one payment (they debit my checking account monthly). Just the other day Im going over my books and saw that I have already paid out more money than owed, so I called cash call and was then informed that I owe an additional $6,645 for a $2,500 loan. I requested a copy of the contract and learned that they charge an ILLEGAL INTEREST RATE of 99.9%. The contract looked as though it was generated from a home computer and sent to me. This is robbery. Just as so if someone kicked my door in and stole the money. This has usury written all over it. I have been advised to cease payments to this company and hire an attorney to sue the crap out of assholes who THINK they will get away with robbery.
