Unauthorized charge on debit card!

The corporation charged my bank card $149.95 without my agreement. I've not had any transactions with this specific company, I've not requested any items out of this company and also have not obtained any items out of this company. I've documented this problem to my lender and Credit, I'm simply quit to speculate how the corporation acquired my info.
