Unauthorized prices on my creditcard

On 8-25-08, I had been looking into my Bank Account stability, remains and costs and that I mentioned a Money Cost on 8-25-08 within the quantity of $74.95, that was unauthorized by me. The organization that charged my consideration passes the title of "TP Efficiency Existence"? I instantly named my lender, Wells Fargo and submitted a State for Unauthorized Costs and Deceptive Exercise on my bill. Wells Fargo is examining the situation and that I have ceased any exercise from this organization.

I received a within the email from "Efficiency Existence US, LLC" on 8-28-08 which included a container of AcaiBerry, 60 pills. The bundle was delivered from Orem, Utah... I never requested these pills or approved the corporation to cost my charge card bill. I remember in early September contacting a 1-800 number to-order a Totally Free Test of 10- Acai Berries pills and spending the delivery and handling costs within the quantity of $6.75. The e nly info which was directed at the telephone consultant was my title, tackle and daytime telephone number... How did the corporation acquire charge card info?

I never approved any more costs on my charge card or did I purchase anymore items out of this merchant. The corporation is just a FRAUD ORGANIZATION plus they have to be CEASED

Legal Action is going to be obtained from this company by my lender, Wells Fargo in addition to me seeking legitimate stations to find compensation for appropriate costs to become sustained, remittance of the unauthorized costs and emotional damages from this organization.
