All I can say is my 10 yr. Experience w/them has been horrible. They rape you on interest and offering me twice to re-finance, they took my info both by phone and internet and I never heard from them again. After 6 weeks of waiting on both occasions I was given the "we've changed names again" excuse and of course was denied.

I took custody of a grand-child who was born w / breathing problems and had to have surgery last yr. I asked to have 2 payments deferred and was called continuously re: late payments and threats of repossession. This was after 1 late note in 9 years!

I finally got a nice guy named Jamie who did get me deferred but he was soon let go after helping me.
They have also tacked insurance on my account and I have maintained insurance through Allstate since day 1 and now have State farm! The woman I spoke w / in insurance refuses to remove it, got ugly and said she hoped I was responsible enough to have kept all their correspondance regarding this.

Guess what. I did! And still they are trying to shaft me.
They try scare and threat tactics, all of which I do not respond well to. Lol

The wanna be finance mafia may think that all persons residing in mobile homes are "trailor trash" and uneducated... But guess again. Anyone who can find an attorney to start a class action against them... Let us know! They are the absolute worst and I can't wait to escape their evil grip.
