Ripoff after four years paying principle not loan, little Rock, Arkansas

I purchased a mobile home in 2000. The loan amount was (and still is)$26,923. I put down $3,000 and financed it about $23,923. My payments was $278.61 until they included their on insurance its $351.61 a month ($73.00 a month insurance).

I just recently moved out of state and I call conseco (aka greentree) about my account pay-off. My account rep. Act like she didn't know anything about my account. But when I ask her for the pay-off balanced she jump to get me the amount.

When she said $26,473 I was like what the h$ll have I been paying on. She told me the principle and I have sent this company over $17,000 and my money have not touch this loan only about $500.00.

I told her that I didn't think that was right and she gonna tell me that i can do a voluntary repossesion. I told her she need to send me my account information showing what I have paid.

All of a sudden the systems are down. So I was wondering if their is a such thing as voluntary repo. Or if their is a good re-finance company out their. If their is a lawyer who want to take this case. Please call me.
