Ripoff false promises slow prossessing the business that doesn't give a dam

These people took money out of my checking account way before i got anything from them
They continue to tell me i will be getting the card in 7-10 working days.
Was told thsat would get compensated for my trouble but yet have heard nothing.
Today on 9-12-02 the took another $25.00 out of my account and still got no card.
So far they have taken $59.95 for processing fees.
$99.00 for year of service.
$25.00 for activation first card i did not get.
Today another $25.00 for who knows what.
Please help. I have given them enough chances since june of this year to come through and i get nothing.
