I got a call promising that I would get a credit card with a $2,000.00 limit and another with a $2,500.00 limit in 7-10 days for a processing fee of $199.00.

My checking account was debited on 2-21-02, it's been over 2 months now and I have NOT received anything from them. It is almost impossible to get a hold of someone at First Capital Consumers Group and when I do talk to someone all they ever say is "you should be receiving your card within the next 10 days".

I've requested a refund but no one knows how to process it and a supervisor is NEVER available and they NEVER return my calls. I GOT RIPPED OFF!
